Once a refund is approved, the applicable amount, whether full or partial, will be processed through the original payment method. If there is no valid reason for the refund request, we will deduct a minimum of 30% from the total paid amount as processing fees. However, if we are unable to proceed with your application, a full refund will be issued.

In case of cancellation of the application, a cancellation charge of 30% of the total payment will be deducted before the process of refunding the funds. To complete the refund process easily, the following details should be submitted while requesting the cancellation.
