Conditions for refund

Refunds will be considered only in cases where there is a clear and evident issue with the services purchased through our website.

Refund Duration

Refund requests are only submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for consideration.

Refund Application Process

To request a refund, please email us at care@fssai.org, including your order details and a brief explanation for the refund. Once we receive your request, we will evaluate it and inform you of the outcome, whether approved or declined.

Payment Refund

Once a refund is approved, the applicable amount, whether full or partial, will be processed through the original payment method. If there is no valid reason for the refund request, we will deduct a minimum of 30% from the total paid amount as processing fees. However, if we are unable to proceed with your application, a full refund will be issued.

Conditions and fees for cancellation

If you choose to cancel your application, a cancellation fee amounting to 30% of the total payment will be deducted prior to processing your fund. To ensure a smooth refund process, please provide all required details along with the OTP during the cancellation request.
