How to Submit a Complaint

To track an order or report any problem, the Payment ID or Order ID from the payment confirmation email should be entered.

• You should type your Payment ID or Order ID into the field below.
• Click on the Submit button to proceed.
• Your issue will be checked by our customer support team.
• It may take 1 to 2 days for a response from us after you file your complaint.

You shall receive a confirmation letter containing a reference number as soon as you file your complaint. You can freely use the reference number to contact them regarding the current status.
